We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives to carry out external and general maintenance tasks across commercial properties. Duties include grounds maintenance, jet washing, window and gulley cleaning, and painting. Ideal candidates will be proactive, reliable, and experienced in maintaining professional standards in high-traffic environments. Training can be provided for any elements where you don't have experience and increase in pay as more services are trained upon.

We are looking to recruit hard working, multi skilled maintenance operatives to join our rapidly expanding team working from either Birmingham , Manchester or Glasgow. This is a varied role and the right candidate will work on various contracts throughout the country and will therefore need to be flexible. You will primarily work as part of a team but on occasions, work on your own.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills when dealing with clients and members of the public, and have a professional attitude to their work and work environment.
The Role
- Working nationwide within a team or on your own, using a steam pressure water jetting systems, grounds maintenance tools, sky vacs and various access options for working at height when situations needed.
- Working Days / Nights as required
- Working week can be Sun-Thurs, or Mon– Fri depending on job
- Petrol Forecourt and Canopy cleaning, grounds maintenance across varied commercial estates.
- City Council deep cleaning of streets and squares
- Warehouse and Showrooms and Commercial/Industrial building cleans
- Completing daily reports and paperwork on your company provided iPhone/iPad, including capturing images of your work on completion
- Carrying out daily check on machines and vehicles and reporting any issues to supervisor
- Gutter cleaning using SkyVacs and MEWPS.
- Grounds maintenance using Zero turns, Ride ons ETC
Qualifications and Skills
- UK PIA SPA training to be held
- Driving licence required
- Previous water jetting experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- IPAF and PASMA preferable, but for the right candidate, training can be provided
- CSCS card preferable
- Willingness to work away from home is Essential ( please don't apply if you can't).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
