Job Summary: Pinewood Landscapes and Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance team member with a full UK driving license. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of housing blocks and grounds, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as hoovering carpets and stairs, dusting, and wiping down handrails, light switches, and scuff marks on walls.
- Conduct grounds maintenance activities including lawn cutting, leaf blowing, and litter picking.
- Maintain bin stores and report any issues to team members and customers.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to high standards and within specified timeframes.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in ground maintenance required.
- Full, clean UK driving license (van driving required).
- Fluency in English.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and customer-focused.
