Gardner, Gardening, Ground Maintenance

Due to continued growth, we require an enthusiastic and reliable Garden Maintenance Supervisor with good communication and organisational skills to join our High level Garden Maintenance and general Gardening,

Work will be based in or near Enfield , ideally you will have the following:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience with a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture or equivalent
- PA1 + PA6a certification (Desirable)
- Full Clean UK Driving License (Essential)

Seasonal Monday to Friday, Arriving on the first site of the day as follows:
Starts 04.08.2025 (17 Weeks) August - November 7.30 - 3.30pm 7.5 hour day, (37 hour week)
Starts 24.11.2025 17 weeks) 8am - 3pm Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb & March 7 hour day, (32.5 hours week)
Starts 31.03.2025 (18 Weeks) at 7.30 - 4.00pm (8.5 hours) April – August 8.5 hour day (42.5 hour week)
Regardless of the hours worked you shall receive a paid for a 37.5 hour week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily garden maintenance activities, ensuring all horticultural practices are followed.
- Utilise hand and power tools for effective landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Manage irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth.
- Train and supervise team members, fostering strong communication and organisational skills.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, using our own software and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Drive to various locations as needed on a 2 week rotation
- Work closely with the contracts managers and Face to Face with the clients

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
