Our client is seeking a Head gardener/ Site Manager to run one of their commercial sites in Winnersh, BerkshireYou will be Managing a team of 4 gardeners to achieve the highest standards on site. You will also need a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and management experience. This is a client facing role so you will need excellent communication skills and experience of working within a client facing role. Working hours are 40 hours per week.
