We are a facilities management company based in Worthing, West Sussex and our main client base is maintaining the garden areas of industrial and retail estates throughout Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire.
What is the job?
- To carry out the necessary tasks to ensure that the gardens we are working on are tidy, maintained and presentable
- To work as part of the team and have these essential skills: Mowing, Stimming, Hedge Cutting, Pruning, Weeding and Blowing
Who are we looking for?
- Have grounds care experience and an eye for detail.
- Be self-motivated to work on your own at times and carryout your tasks.
- Be able to plan and manage your time effectively to make certain your tasks are completed efficiently.
- Be hard working and able to work in all weathers.
- Be able to use tools and machinery required for the role.
- Be aware of Health and Safety requirements, hazardous materials etc.
- Work as part of a team and be flexible to provide cover.
- Hold a UK driving license as you will need to be able to drive our work vans to travel and transport tools.
Professional Pay Package: Realistic guaranteed pay on a permanently employed basis. Paid Holidays and Pension Scheme. Uniform, tools, equipment and a van are provided.
