About the Role
As the Product Support & Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping the operation running smoothly. From supporting customers at the trade counter to organising stock and assisting the workshop team, this role suits someone who is organised, customer-focused, and keen to get stuck in.
You'll be the link between the shop, service department, and customers — ensuring parts are available, orders are processed quickly, and everyone gets the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels, order parts, and ensure the workshop team has what they need.
- Operate the trade counter, supporting walk-in customers with product advice and enquiries.
- Process online orders and respond to customer calls and emails.
- Identify and source the correct parts using technical drawings, manuals, and product information.
- Maintain and update stock and ordering systems accurately.
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and excellent product knowledge.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Organised, reliable, and confident working in a busy, varied role.
- Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and support the wider team.
- Basic understanding of stock control and technical products.
Desirable:
- Experience in a trade counter, parts, shop, or machinery environment.
- Knowledge of groundscare equipment or similar machinery.
- Technical aptitude or experience working with manuals/diagrams.
