They are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including mowing, hedge cutting, and winter works. This role requires a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mowing, hedge cutting, and other grounds maintenance tasks.
• Conduct winter works to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
• Ability to drive due to the location of depots.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable:
• PA1 and PA6 certifications.
• Experience working on council or housing association projects.
• Familiarity with winter maintenance tasks.
