Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading specialist contractor in grounds maintenance and landscaping services. They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Gardener to join their team in Hertfordshire.

About the Role:
As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Church of Latter-Day Saints and high-end Care Home sites. Your role will involve ensuring these sites are kept in pristine condition, requiring a keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
• Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe.
• Conduct seasonal planting and care for a variety of plants and shrubs.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in gardening or high-end grounds maintenance.
• PA1 & PA6.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Good plant knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
Desirable:
• Horticultural qualification.
• Experience working on high-end or specialised sites.
• Knowledge of plant care and seasonal maintenance.
