An exciting position has become available for full time, experienced professional to join our friendly team based in Dartford. The successful candidate will earn £36,000-£39,000 (plus overtime) depending on experience.

Role Requirements
- NVQ Horticultural qualification an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- A good eye for detail, punctual & reliable with a good work ethic.
- Knowledge of plants, garden maintenance & the tools used (power & hand).
- Basic handy man experience.
- An enthusiastic & passionate attitude towards their work.
- Clean driver’s licence is essential.
- Discerning eye for detail.
- Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships and to gain the respect and trust of clients and colleagues.
- Due to the nature of the sites, we attend you will be subject to a DBS check.
- References will be requested if successful at interview.
Role Responsibilities
- All aspects of garden maintenance such as pruning of shrubs, hedge cutting, weeding, lawn mowing.
- Regular communication with the office when need be.
- Be able to suggest ideas to clients to improve their gardens.
- Have the ability to plan year-round work required in client’s gardens, prioritising work each visit knowing what needs to be done and when.
- Confident in speaking to clients, updating them on the work being undertaken and making recommendations on ideas to improve and develop their garden.
