They are seeking a committed and proactive Grounds Technician to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Grounds Technician, you will support the Park Grounds Team in maintaining the highest possible standards of the park grounds. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a prestigious customer experience and contributing to the park's environmental credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks including tree felling, mowing, brush cutting, strimming, leaf blowing, waste management, pruning, coppicing, wood chipping, planting, and hedging.
• Ensure effective delivery of funeral-related duties as per company procedures.
• Assist in the delivery of park events and maintain accurate location mapping.
• Provide excellent customer service, including timely and compassionate responses to customer complaints.
• Conduct basic maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Adhere to park risk assessments and health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and woodland management.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent time management skills and attendance record.
Desirable:
• Grave digging experience.
• Digger and dumper training.
• Full UK Driving Licence
