Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of gardens and green spaces. Responsibilities
- Planting, pruning, watering, fertilising, and mulching garden beds to promote healthy growth.
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems efficiently and safely.
- Maintaining landscape features such as lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and pathways.
- Assisting with the installation of new plants and landscape features according to project specifications.
- Monitoring plant health and identifying pests or diseases for prompt treatment.
- Ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and stored correctly after use.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during outdoor work activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems used in gardening is essential.
- Growing experience or knowledge of plant care and landscape design is advantageous.
- Previous work involving gardening or landscape projects will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Pay: £30,000.00-£54,018.17 per year
