This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operatives who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and attractive outdoor environments. You’ll work as part of a friendly and hands-on team, following structured maintenance plans and using a full range of equipment including ride-on mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, and blowers. Key Responsibilities • Grass cutting and collection• Removal and disposal of green waste• Hedge and bush reduction/shaping• Strimming• Weed management• Shrub maintenance, pruning, and planting• Litter picking• Maintenance of hard-standing areas Requirements • Previous grounds maintenance experience• Confident using petrol-powered equipment and ride-on mowers• Able to undertake physical outdoor work, including lifting• Strong teamwork skills• Basic record-keeping and reporting ability• Good customer service skills• Basic Health & Safety awareness• Ability to work to varying deadlines Essential Checks & Licences • Full Manual UK Driving Licence• Basic DBS Check Desirable Qualifications • PA1 & PA6 spraying licence• Banksman training• Trai
