*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our premises, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing, will also include end of tenancy clearances.

*Responsibilities*
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding
- Use hand tools and power tools to mow lawns, trim hedges, and edge walkways
- Irrigate plants and grass as needed
- Maintain garden beds by planting flowers and shrubs
- Assist in building or repairing structures on the grounds
- Conduct general groundskeeping duties to uphold the overall appearance of the property
*Experience*
The successful candidate should possess:
- Experience in landscape maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment
- In-depth knowledge of grounds maintenance and experience using commercial pedestrian mowers, small machinery, hedge cutters, strimmer’s and blowers
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to grounds maintenance
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
