We have an opportunity to join us in the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames. Working as part of a team of operatives reporting directly and working alongside a team leader, responsible for carrying out a variety of horticultural tasks.
Purpose
To carry out numerous gardening duties; keeping outdoor spaces clean, safe and visually appealing. Ability to undertake role and direction with a minimum amount of supervision to perform a number of horticultural tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- General horticultural maintenance duties including using hand tools and mechanical horticultural equipment.
- Sweeping, litter picking
- Digging, forking, hoeing, weeding, pruning and mulching.
- Grass mowing including using pedestrian mowers, strimmers and blowers.
- Hedge cutting, pruning of shrubs and roses.
- Complete all relevant paperwork (vehicle and machinery details, time sheets etc.) correctly and submit as required within agreed timescales.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are handled, utilised and stored within Company guidelines and that full attention is paid to all aspects of Health & Safety.
- Adhere to all Krinkels UK Environmental, HR, Fleet, IT, Phone, Health and Safety, Equality Diversity and Inclusion policies and procedures.

Role is Monday-Friday.

Experience:
- Towing: 1 year (preferred)
- Using commercial GM equipment: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- PA1/PA6 (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
