About Our Client:

About the Role:
As a Site Operative / Excavator Operative, you will be an integral part of the groundworks team, working on the installation of a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) and two synthetic (Astro) pitches. Your role will involve operating machinery, ensuring site safety, and contributing to the successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the installation of MUGA and synthetic pitches.
• Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience as a site operative or excavator operative.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS & SSSTS Card.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and follow site plans.
Desirable:
• Experience in installing synthetic pitches.
• Familiarity with MUGA installations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
