Team Leader Job Description
We are a progressive horticultural Soft Landscaping & Maintenance company based in semi-rural Petersfield, Hampshire. We maintain and carry out all soft landscaping aspects in domestic high-end gardens based across 3 counties and our team have a have a wealth of experience and are passionate at creating gardens that bring our client’s endless pleasure.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Leader leading a team of 2. The role is a crucial role within the company and as the face of Location Landscapes management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising, training & leading a team of 2
- Delivering excellent Customer Service to our clients
- Liaising with the Office Team, Site Managers etc
- The ability to problem solve when met with unexpected
- Maintaining high horticulture practices in maintenance & soft landscaping
- Skilled in soft landscaping operations
- Good knowledge of shrubs, trees, hedging & herbaceous plants & their needs in a garden (essential)
- Team player
- Driving license (essential)
- Experience of using landscape machinery (essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
