Clear & Clean is an established company based in Rushden but we work in different locations the areas we cover are in Nottingham, Birmingham, Leicester, Peterborough, Bedford and Northamptonshire Transport will be provided but driving will be required.
Responsibilities and duties as our Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- To work as part of a two or three man team, maintaining grounds for managed residential blocks
- Undertake grass cutting and strimming
- Hedge and shrub maintenance
- Herbicide application (subject to qualification)
- Weeding and litter picking
- Hedge and shrub planting
- littler picking
Desirable (non essential) attributes:
- Pa1 Pa6 pesticides certificate.
- Be able to work alone, be pro-active.
- Logical and forward thinking.
- Have a good knowledge of the cleaning industry.
- Have self-motivation.
- Good standards of personal presentation
- Eagerness to learn and improve
· Bin store cleaning will also be required.
. Rubbish removal
· Full Clean Driving license required.
· Be confident in driving medium size van
· This position Monday to Friday 07.00 - 17.00.
excellent rates of pay depending on experience, training will be provided to the right candidate.
