The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Garden Maintenance Assistants to join our growing teams. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a forward-thinking and ambitious company.
You will work across various sites, primarily in on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily garden and grounds maintenance
- Carry out duities working woth your supervisor
- Use hand and power tools for landscaping tasks
- Maintain records using company software on each and every visit
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Different locations in the area on a 2-week rotation
- Communicate with contract managers and clients on-site
Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial gardening/horticulture setting (required)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence (Highly Desirable))
- PA1 & PA6a certification (Highly Desirable)
Working Hours
Seasonal schedule (paid for 37.5 hours/week regardless of the shift pattern)
- Nov–Mar (17 weeks): 8:00am – 3:00pm (32.5 hrs)
- Apr, Sept–Nov (18 weeks): 7:30am – 3:30pm (7.5 hrs/day)
- Apr–Aug (17 weeks): 7:30am – 4:00pm (8.5 hrs/day)
