Do you have experience leading a grounds maintenance team and taking pride in well-kept outdoor spaces? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
As we continue to invest in our homes and communities, we’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead the delivery of a high-quality grounds maintenance service across a defined area. You’ll be responsible for making sure our estates are safe, welcoming and well maintained - places our customers are proud to call home.
In this role, you’ll lead and develop a values-driven, customer-focused team, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard. You’ll monitor performance, manage resources effectively and take ownership of customer feedback and complaints, always keeping our customers at the heart of what you do.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider business, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement, manage costs and maintain strong operational performance. Health and safety will be central to your role, with responsibility for ensuring compliance, promoting a positive safety culture and making sure all equipment, plant and machinery is safe, well maintained and fit for purpose.
You’ll need a full driving licence, or the ability to travel efficiently between sites and meetings, as many of our locations aren’t easily accessible by public transport.
If you’d like to join a values-driven organisation, lead a committed team and make a real difference to our communities, we’d love to hear from you.
We’ll review applications as they come in and may close the advert early, so please apply today!
