BROCKLESBY ESTATE – KITCHEN GARDENER/HEAD GROWERA full-time experienced Kitchen Gardener/Grower is sought for the Brocklesby Estate. Production of vegetables in the six acre Walled Garden. Soil Association Organic status, large glasshouses, cold frames, poly tunnel and compost systems.The role includes:• Year round production of vegetable crops • Seed sowing and propagation• Harvesting and presentation of vegetables to a high standard • Seasonal pruning of soft and top fruit• No dig growing, an interest in permaculture and biodynamic methodsThe candidate must have a genuine interest in growing and producing vegetables in a sustainable and ecological way.
