Location: Tow Law Depot – North East (Commercial Sites)
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

Role Overview
R B Tree and Landscapes are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across commercial sites in the North East.
Reporting to the Team Leader and Director, you will help maintain sites to company standards while following Health & Safety and environmental procedures.
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, weed control, and litter collection
- Operate grounds maintenance machinery (training provided)
- Complete daily risk assessments and paperwork
- Report equipment or site issues promptly
- Provide a professional service to clients
Desirable Skills
- B+E trailer licence
- PA1 & PA6 certificates
- Experience using mowers, strimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters
