Scope:
- Maintains landscaping around the Club properties to include: the Clubhouse, Spa and Fitness Center, Equestrian Center, Studio 80 and Facilities Maintenance Building.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily blowing and collecting of debris from all Club facilities.
- Raking of D.G. and gravel areas around all Club facilities.
- Maintaining a weed free landscape around all Club facilities.
- Mowing and trimming of grass at the Spa/Fitness Center and Equestrian Center.
- Pruning of all plant material as needed.
- Deadheading seasonal plants.
- Storm clean-up.
- Trash pick-up and removal.
Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Internal: All Club departments: For effective communication.
External:Members/Guests: To provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Knowledge of methods and materials used in grounds and landscape area. construction/maintenance work.
Certification and/or License Requirement: None
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools and equipment.
- Ability to operate trucks and light motorized equipment.
- Physical strength, stamina and agility.
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions.
- Position requires a highly professional demeanor with members, guests and staff, adaptability, flexibility and adherence to a strict level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to commit to hours of operation and understand that hours will fluctuate due to tournaments and special projects.

- Requires ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items up to 50lbs.
- Requires ability to safely operate equipment both mechanical and hand tools.
- Requires working in an outdoor environment with fluctuating temperatures.
- Require working in an outdoor environment with rugged, uneven terrain. Requires ability to visually observe the condition of surroundings.
