We’re looking for a talented and senior person to help us manage our extensive grounds in the beautiful Lake District.Our estate spans the southern fells and comprises fields, woodlands, ponds and gardens. This is a high-profile role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day running of the estate grounds, including their continued development and improvement.You’ll be experienced in estate or countryside management (ideally with a degree or professional qualification) and will thrive on taking ownership while working collaboratively. A keen eye for detail is essential, as is an engaging and down-to-earth manner with a sense of calm. You’ll need a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and the energy and drive for seeing things through to completion.
