We’re looking for a Groundskeeper Lead to help create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
As a Groundskeeper Lead, you’ll oversee daily grounds maintenance, support your team, and take pride in keeping our hospital campus clean, safe, and inviting—through every season.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily groundskeeping activities and staff
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, sidewalks, parking areas, and outdoor spaces
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools
- Perform seasonal tasks including snow and ice removal
- Identify and address safety or maintenance concerns
- Help ensure our campus reflects the quality of care we provide
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- At least one year of prior experience maintaining grounds for a facility required.
- Ability to use tools and equipment related to associated tasks such as hand tools, skid steer, lawn equipment, snow blower, snow plow, etc.
