About the Role:
As a skilled landscaper, you will work closely with the site leader to execute various landscaping projects. Your role will involve a range of tasks, from paving and decking to fencing and groundworks. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the site leader in executing landscaping projects.
• Perform paving, decking, and fencing tasks with precision.
• Conduct groundworks, including drainage and levels.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
• Proven experience as a landscaper.
• Competence in paving, decking, and fencing.
• Good understanding of groundworks, drainage, and levels.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
• Experience in leading small teams.
• Knowledge of horticulture.
• Certification in landscaping or related fields.
