Coblands Landscapes Ltd has over 50 years of trading history as a specialist contractor providing landscape construction and grounds maintenance services to commercial and public authority clients across London and Southern England.

We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to work at various sites in the South East & London area supporting our grounds maintenance operations.

Key experience & skills required;

Minimum of 5 years' grounds maintenance experience.

Competent use of associated machinery.

Adaptability is a must to differing situations as they will occur during each project which will include problem solving skills, weather variables and clients ever changing needs.

The ability to communicate effectively with clients and other staff members as well as work well within a small team as well as alone (when required).

The ability to keep a tidy and organised site throughout each project.

Impeccable timekeeping and the willingness to go the extra mile for our clients as well as the company.

CSCS Card preferred but not essential.

A Full Clean UK driving license is essential.

Right to work in the UK.

We offer;

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm and Friday 7.30am to 3pm.

Rate of pay dependent on experience + overtime.

· 26 days paid Holiday, plus statutory Bank Holidays.

· Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
