What You’ll Do

Lead a small team (1–2 operatives) in delivering soft/hard landscaping and fencing projects.
Collaborate with Contracts Managers and clients to plan and execute works.
Mentor and develop your team.
Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every job.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Grounds Maintenance.
Experience in the use of standard machinery
Proven leadership in a hands-on landscaping role.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS card and experience with towing (excavators, dumpers, compact tractors, PA1/PA6, and timber work are a plus)
