Heron Lakes Luxury Lodge Park (Sovereign Parks) is looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Operative to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for a full-time role in the future.

This role involves general maintenance and grounds work across the park to help maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality environment for owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks
Assisting with basic lodge checks and minor maintenance work
Grounds maintenance including grass cutting and strimming
Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards across the park
Supporting the wider park team where required

Requirements

Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, or handyman experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, mowers, and strimmers
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Reliable, hardworking, and practical approach to work
Full UK driving licence preferred

Working Pattern

2–3 weekdays per week
Every other Saturday
