Experienced Rural Estate Manager and Land Management Professional with over 15 years’ experience across practical hands-on estate and farm operations, agricultural and land management, rural advisory services and countryside stewardship.
Former owner of a successful rural contracting and estate / agricultural services business delivering land management, infrastructure and maintenance projects for landowners, private clients, organisations, private estates, farms and high-net-worth clients across the South East.
Currently working as a freelance Land Agent and Estate Manager providing strategic advice and hands-om operational management as required across rural estates including land and tenancy matters, estate security, environmental schemes, contractor management, diversification, project management and sporting operations to various clients, both UK-based and overseas on a retained or ad-hoc basis.
Combines strong commercial awareness with extensive practical experience and a background in rural policing, bringing a unique capability in estate governance, compliance, risk management and stakeholder negotiation.
