We are looking for a motivated and reliable Estate Technician to join our client’s team in Kirkby, Liverpool.

This is a permanent full time role (Monday to Friday)

This hands-on role is essential in maintaining and improving outdoor communal areas and estate environments. You will play a key role in identifying repair needs and carrying out a range of maintenance and installation works across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect a company transit van and travel to various sites as required (working as part of a team, you may not be required to drive on every shift)
Flag and report repairs and installation requirements to paths and patio areas
Carry out cement repair works to external surfaces and structures
Install eco drains and assist with drainage improvements where required
Carry out fencing repairs and installation works
Ensure outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard across multiple properties and estates
Conduct basic machine and equipment maintenance, including cleaning equipment, performing routine checks, and arranging repairs when necessary
Work as part of a team to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Follow health and safety procedures while working across a variety of site conditions
Some other duties may be required

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Experience with basic groundworks, fencing, or external maintenance works
Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
Full, clean UK driving licence with experience driving a transit van
Strong work ethic and ability to work in outdoor environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
