Experienced Climber/ Grounds Operative
Location: Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THIS INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY. J.E Estate Maintenance is a fast-growing and reputable company specialising in tree surgery, fencing, and grounds maintenance across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Climber/ Grounds Operative to join us on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks including assisting the team on all aspects of tree work, fencing installation and repair, and general grounds maintenance.
- Working as part of a professional team on both residential and commercial sites.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a climber or groundsman.
- Relevant NPTC qualifications
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
