We are looking for a capable gardener, who has understanding of general plants and also vegetables
We have around 2 acres of garden, including orchard area, pond, vegetable garden, general borders, 2 greenhouses, cutting flower border and lawn
You really need to be happy with weeding flower beds; able to take cuttings and propagation for flowers and vegetable beds
We have alpaca, so utilising our home produced compost is a benefit!
No need for lawn cutting, as we have sit-on mower, but keeping edges for flower beds will be needed - I do like a nice sharp lawn edge!
Ideally one day a week, but happy to split over several days for right candidate
We are looking at an additional gardener, to work alongside our current lady
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
Experience:
- Gardening : 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence and own your own vehicle (required)
