Support the Grounds Maintenance and Fencing teams by maintaining and updating databases and spread sheets as directed - scheduling and amending their work diaries using the dynamic scheduling system (Connect)Acting as first point of contact between Grounds Maintenance and Development for dealing with complex defects/enquiries/complaints on new build propertiesLiaising closely between Residents and Grounds Maintenance/ Fencing teams and their subcontractors to identify speedy resolutions to issues helping to put in place longer term solutions to stop these happening again Processing invoices and job completions on internal database/systemAssist various Lead Hands if required in fleet management issues We are looking for someone who has...
