About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team based in Wraxall, 15-20 minutes away from Bristol.
This is a practical role leading a small team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance on commercial and residential sites.
The position suits someone who is:

Key Responsibilities – Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
- Lead a grounds maintenance team of two or three operatives
- Motivated to maintain sites to a high standard
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
- Carry out mowing, hedge cutting, strimming, pruning and planting
- Plan daily schedules and ensure efficient site time
Required Experience & Skills
To be considered, you must have:
- 1+ years professional grounds maintenance experience (essential)
- Team leader or supervisory experience
- Strong skills with grounds maintenance equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
