Position: Operations Manager
Location: Long Crendon
Salary: 35K to 42K depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:30

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Essential:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of operational procedures and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Proficient in using various management software and tools to streamline operations.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation.
