RJ Groundcare Ltd is looking for a Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Operative to join our small but growing team. Little experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. There will also be opportunities to develop your skills and progress into a Team Leader/Supervisor role in the future.
Location: Towersey
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (DOE) per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5pm (weekend work available)
Responsibilities:
✅ Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed control)
✅ Soft landscaping (planting, fencing, paving, decking)
✅ Woodland maintenance
✅ Using and maintaining tools & machinery
✅ Keeping sites clean and tidy
✅ Driving company vehicles to transport equipment (preferably over 25, but not essential)
Requirements:
✔ Physically capable of manual work outdoors in all weather
✔ A team player with good communication skills
✔ Punctual, polite, and enthusiastic
✔ CSCS card required (can be arranged if needed)
✔ Own transport to/from Towersey
