Here at Westmill farm we are looking for an estate maintenance operative to assist with, and if we feel is experienced enough manage, the day to day maintenance and operation of the whole site. This is a very varied role. The job entails anything from fence repair, tree and hedge cutting, grass cutting, all aspects of building work and repairs as well as water bailiff (checking fisherman have a ticket to fish). Some fishing knowledge and varied building/maintenance skills would be essential. Any building qualifications would be useful but not essential. Any training courses required would be provided by westmill farm. Must have a full driving license and experience with hand tools. Working days/hours are 5 days a week on a varying rota. Weekend work is essential however you will only be required ot work one whole weekend in four. Winter hours 8.30am - 4.30pm. Summer hours 8am - 6 pm.
