Position: Facilities Manager
Location: Remote with travel across all six sites
Salary: £35k - £40k (based on experience) plus discretionary bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week

Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a unique organisation dedicated to creating serene Living Memorial Parks. They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Manager to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Facilities Manager, you will manage, maintain, and develop all aspects of the Group's built infrastructure and facilities across all sites. You will work alongside Grounds Managers and report to the Grounds Manager, focusing on maintenance, compliance, and development of built assets and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all built infrastructure across all parks.
• Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules for buildings, utilities, and associated systems.
• Ensure effective delivery of core facilities services including maintenance, cleaning, waste management, and security.
• Lead on the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Manage procurement, replacement cycles, and maintenance schedules for plant, machinery, and tools.
• Support planning and delivery of development and improvement projects across all sites.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of facilities management, building maintenance, and health and safety.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and coordinating diverse operational needs.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Proven experience in contractor management and procurement.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
Desirable:
• Experience managing health and safety documentation, audits, and risk assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements across facilities, infrastructure, and fleet.
