They are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds across multiple sites throughout the day. This role requires a high level of independence and remote working, as you will be working on your own 90% of the time. Your main tasks will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general grounds upkeep to ensure all sites are well-maintained and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance.
• Travel between multiple sites to carry out maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Report any issues or required repairs to the management team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all sites.
• Work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Good communication skills.
Desirable:
• Experience with a variety of grounds maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
