Reporting to the Grounds Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate work in line with planned schedules and act as the main point of contact for internal and external customers. Accountabilities and Responsibilities Lead, support, and performance-manage a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives, including temporary workers, ensuring high standards of conduct and attendance.Develop, organise, and oversee daily work schedules to deliver the maintenance plan across multiple sites.Carry out and supervise physically demanding outdoor tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency.Use corporate and Grounds Maintenance-specific IT systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Build and maintain strong relationships with site teams and customers, resolving queries and complaints professionally.Manage and monitor all Grounds Maintenance equipment, ensuring it is safely operated, well maintained, and securely stored.
