Position: ISO Compliance Officer
Location: Cranleigh
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Part-time (to become full-time in a couple months)

They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Compliance Officer to join their team.

Our client is a respected leader in the grounds maintenance industry, known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They provide grass cutting, landscape maintenance and soft landscaping services to local authorities in the South East corner of Surrey and over the decades have grown to carry out large and small projects across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent serving commercial, public and private sectors. About the Role:
As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and standards. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and health and safety processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues promptly.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a compliance role.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and health and safety processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of other ISO standards.
- Previous experience in a part-time role transitioning to full-time.
