About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established company specialising in the sales and aftersales of top-tier machinery brands such as John Deere, Tru-Turf, Etesia, and more. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to their customers across the UAE.
About the Role:
As the Head of Sales & Aftersales, you will be instrumental in achieving business objectives, driving sales growth, and ensuring superior aftersales service. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve business plan objectives, including sales targets and budget management.
• Oversee sales activities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Foster effective communication within and across departments.
• Lead, train, and motivate the dealership team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control for equipment, parts, and accessories.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Extensive experience in dealership operations.
• Proven management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Understanding of financial principles related to sales and aftersales.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications and sales tools.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of modern dealership systems.
• Experience in the golf & turf, agricultural, or construction equipment industry.
• Familiarity with the local area.
