They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Golf & Turf Customer Support Specialist to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Golf & Turf Customer Support Specialist, you will support our client's growing Golf & Turf machinery sales across the UAE, representing market-leading brands such as John Deere, Campey, Tru-Turf, Dennis/SISIS, Trimax Mowing Systems, and Wiedenmann. Your role will involve providing technical support, conducting field demonstrations, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and training to customers across the UAE - troubleshoot equipment issues, delivering on-site and remote assistance, and ensuring customers are confident in operating and maintaining machines to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain an in-depth and current understanding of all Golf & Turf machinery, attachments, and dealership services - continually updating knowledge through manufacturer training, product updates, and market awareness to deliver expert guidance to customers and colleagues.
• Monitor and analyse competitor activity within the region - gather market intelligence on pricing, product offerings, promotional strategies, and customer feedback, and reporting insights back to the sales management team to support strategic decision-making.
• Respond promptly to technical escalations and service-related issues -Ensure cases are handled efficiently and professionally, coordinating with internal teams where necessary, and providing approvals or recommendations to resolve matters swiftly and effectively.
• Conduct professional field demonstrations and product trials -showcase equipment capabilities and value propositions to potential and existing customers, and delivering comprehensive handover and optimisation training to ensure machinery is used to its full potential from day one.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships - act as a trusted technical partner and brand ambassador, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Monitor customer usage trends, operational challenges, and changing business needs - proactively identify opportunities for improvement, upgrades, or additional services, and communicating these insights promptly to management to support business development and service enhancement.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally within a Golf & Turf dealer business.
• Strong knowledge of Golf & Turf machinery and golf course operational practices.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications, internet functions, and sales tools.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products, with the ability to deliver training to groups of customers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work extended hours.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Experience in analysing and interpreting internal reports.
• Ability to socialise and build rapport with clients.
