We are a small, family run grounds maintenance business based just outside Stafford, looking to add a reliable self-employed person to help with our regular commercial maintenance contracts.
We maintain a number of commercial sites and pride ourselves on working to a high standard, so we’re looking for someone with a good eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and safely. This role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, is physically fit, and is happy with early morning starts and working in all weather conditions.
What you will be doing:
- Commercial grass cutting using ride-on and walk-behind bank mowers
- Strimming and general site tidy ups
- Hedge cutting and shrub maintenance
- General grounds maintenance across commercial sites
What we are looking for:
- Self-employed
- Full UK driving licence required
- Grounds maintenance experience helpful but not essential (training available)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety aware
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year round
