Our client has been a trusted name in the landscaping industry for many years. Our Client specialises in grass cutting, landscape maintenance, and soft landscaping services. Serving commercial, public, and private sectors across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent, they pride themselves on building strong, long-term relationships with their clients.
About the Role:
As a Tractor Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining natural turf across various locations. You will be responsible for operating tractors and other machinery to ensure the highest standards of landscape maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate tractors and related machinery for grass cutting and turf maintenance.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience as a tractor operator.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
Desirable:
• Any relevant tickets or certifications.
• Experience in natural turf maintenance.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices.
