Best Buds Gardening Services are looking for full time, reliable and polite candidates to work in our large private and commercial gardens. We are a fast growing business, the ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture & a commitment to maintaining gardens & outdoor spaces.
Duties
-Maintain various types of gardens & communal areas on commercial property's, ensuring optimal growth and health of plants & leaving the site in tidy manor
-Ability to use power tools for planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance in a safe manor.
-Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding and mulching to keep grounds tidy.
-Monitor plant health for signs of disease or pests, taking appropriate action when necessary.
-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening tools and equipment after use.
Skills
-Planing & Planting various plants, flowers, and shrubs with an understanding of their specific care requirements.
-Experience with hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shears as well as power tools like lawn mowers and trimmers.
-Knowledgeable in gardening & grounds maintenance practices to ensure the upkeep of outdoor spaces.
-Good customer etiquette to insure are clients are happy
-Individuals must be Reliable, punctual & hard working
Additional Qualities - Not essential but desirable:
-Pesticide spraying licences
-A full UK driving licence
-Chainsaw qualifications
