They are seeking a proactive and dedicated Contract Manager to join their team.

About the Role:
As a Contract Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from initial enquiry through to completion. This role involves business development, tendering, contract management, and ensuring financial accountability. You will manage company resources efficiently, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development by generating enquiries, submitting tenders, and converting them into contracts.
• Efficiently manage company labour, plant/machinery, and materials.
• Maintain and promote health and safety standards on site, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and company policies.
• Follow quality procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute significantly to the annual turnover and demonstrate commercial viability.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Proven experience in sports pitch construction, agricultural work, or water engineering.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent business development and tendering skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Financial acumen and accountability.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of water engineering for private estates.
• Experience in a senior leadership role.
• Familiarity with environmental legislation.
