Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Handyman/woman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Duties
- Perform routine gounds, maintenance and repairs across various systems within the facility.
- Lawn and grounds care.
- Supervise contractors during maintenance tasks, providing guidance and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain external parts of the estate building including the garden, grounds and exterior of the house of residence.
- Experience in general building work would be a benefit.
- Oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and security of private, public, or commercial properties.
- Cleaning vehicles.
Skills
- The ability to manage and maintain the collective operations of all gardening and maintenance tasks is vital.
- Strong knowledge of garden equipment.
- Proactive approach.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
