Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a nationally recognised, purpose-led organisation supporting the development of professional standards across the UK amenity sector. They are seeking a dynamic and proactive Amenity Sector Commercial Manager to join their team.

Our client is a charitable organisation that combines commercial discipline with sector stewardship. They work to enhance competence, compliance, and safe practice across the amenity sector through registers, auditing services, and CPD programmes. This role offers a unique chance to influence both commercial growth and sector development at a strategic level.
About the Role:
As the Amenity Sector Commercial Manager, you will support and develop commercial activity across the amenity sector. You will build strong industry relationships and convert engagement into sustainable revenue through structured key account management and service promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and sell professional registers, CPD programmes, and chemical store auditing services.
• Develop and manage a structured portfolio of key accounts, creating account plans and engagement strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities across contractors, suppliers, golf courses, local authorities, distributors, and sector bodies.
• Support pricing discussions, prepare proposals, and contribute to commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a live sales pipeline, tracking activity, conversion, and revenue performance.
• Attend and represent the organisation at trade shows, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
Essential:
• Extensive experience within the amenity or land-based sector.
• Proven commercial, sales, or account management exposure.
• Confident relationship-builder with industry credibility.
• Broad understanding of the amenity sector.
• Comfortable selling services in a consultative way.
• Organised, commercially aware, and self-driven.
Desirable:
• Experience in supporting pricing discussions and preparing proposals.
• Exposure to trade shows and industry forums.
• Familiarity with CPD programmes and auditing services.
