From elite Premier League training facilities to private tennis courts and school sports pitches, our specialist team maintains artificial sports surfaces to the highest standard. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Sports Surface Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team.
If you enjoy hands-on work, travelling across the UK, and being part of a supportive, skilled team — this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a field-based technician, no two weeks are the same. You’ll:
- Travel to sports facilities and schools across the UK (Monday–Friday)
- Carry out specialist maintenance procedures on artificial sports surfaces
- Operate equipment and follow structured maintenance processes
- Represent the company professionally on client sites
- Work as part of a team delivering high-quality results
Full training will be provided — experience is welcome but not essential.
Accommodation is provided when working away, plus a night-out allowance.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
✔ In possession of a full UK driving licence
✔ Flexible and happy to travel nationwide
✔ Methodical and able to follow clear instructions
✔ A strong communicator with a professional manner
✔ Motivated and keen to learn new skills
✔ Comfortable using mobile apps for reporting
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous grounds maintenance experience
- CSCS card
An enhanced DBS check will be completed upon acceptance of any offer.
